Training an R&D team to become more customer-centric and collaborate better with colleagues in Marketing.
To help the Science & Technology team global Consumer Goods Manufacturer become more customer-centric and collaborate better with colleagues in Marketing, we trained them in innovation methods.
We created a bespoke design thinking toolkit, including an organising framework, method cards and templates. We then ran two-day training workshops, as well as remote training and coaching sessions.
We’ve been training new members of the R&D function in human-centred design for five years, and continue to do so, now delivering courses remotely, post- Covid-19.
