Heather McQuaid 


For more than 25 years, Heather has worked with clients to create useful and desirable products, services and experiences. She gets a kick out of connecting ideas from disparate fields, including the neuropsychology of creativity and business model canvases, to create intriguing mash-ups that challenge assumptions. Her guilty tonic of choice is single malt, which she might sip with an episode of Queer Eye or Shitts Creek. What you might not know is that Heather was an amateur boxing champion, has published poetry and can make pasta from scratch.
