To imagine how changes in the workforce might disrupt current products and services, we designed a creative workshop to explore how the gig economy will disrupt the insurance industry.
We designed and facilitated a creative workshop, where we used personas and their unmet needs to encourage teams to empathise with their future customers. Next we facilitated divergent idea generation sessions, followed by prioritising the best ideas and building them into value propositions.
